Bracket Builder

One-tap tournament creation in any major format. Configure the bracket up front, or start instantly and adjust mid-tournament.

Where: Home Screen → ⚡ Quick Create, or Tournaments tab → ➕ Create
  1. Classic knockout — lose once, you're out. Fast format for any field size, instant or scheduled.
    Quick Create → Single Elim, then choose Create Now or Schedule for Later
  2. Winners and losers brackets with automatic progression. Independent Best-of settings per side (e.g. Bo5 winners, Bo3 losers).

  3. Three-life format with Winners, Losers, and Super Losers brackets — each with its own match format.
    Quick Create → Triple Elim, then Create Now or Schedule for Later
  4. Everyone plays everyone. Four sub-modes: Standard, Double Round-Robin, Custom Rounds, and Lives Mode.

  5. Smart pairing — players matched with similar records each round. Configurable rounds, draws, and rematch policy.

Tournament Management

Run every aspect of a live event from one screen — from registration to final results.

Where: Tournament Screen (after Start Tournament)
  1. Watch the bracket fill in real-time. Standings, match history, and stats panels update automatically as matches complete.

  2. Start a tournament immediately, or schedule it for later with a public pre-registration link players can self-sign up through.
    After picking a format → Create Now or Schedule for Later
  3. Change Match Format, bracket background, panels, and table-side scoring — all without restarting the tournament.

  4. Final standings with W-L records and point differentials. Confirm results, restart with the same format, or create a new event.
    Auto-shown when the final match completes
  5. Edit final placements before confirming — useful when external tiebreakers (chip count, head-to-head) decided the order.

Live Scoring & Match Cards

Score matches from anywhere. Players and refs submit scores from their phones; the TD approves.

Where: Tournament Screen → any match card
  1. Each match gets a dedicated URL/QR code so refs or players can submit scores from their phones. Results flow to the director for approval.
    Settings → enable Table-Side Score Entry
  2. Set-by-set and game-by-game breakdowns. Sets won, games won, total points, average per game, biggest win margin.
    Tap a completed match in the bracket or match history
  3. Configure players, games per set, sets per match, and scoring mode (track wins vs. track points) before each match.
    Quick Create → Match (or tap any live match → Setup tab)
  4. Complete record of every match played. Filter, confirm pending results, or edit scores after the fact.

Player Stats & Awards

Automatic stat tracking and custom awards that keep players engaged across events.

Where: Stats tab (bottom nav) and Player Profile screens
  1. Sortable stats: tournaments, wins, losses, win rate, championships, 2nd/3rd, avg PF/PA, point differential.

  2. Career stats, tournament history, match history, tagged photos, and award badges — all on one profile.

  3. Create award badges with custom images or emoji. Set criteria (attendance, wins, championships) and auto-distribute to eligible players.

  4. Slice stats by sport, tier, and date range. Sort any column to find your top performers in any subset.

Organization & Player Management

Your entire operation — players, venues, events — organized in one place.

  1. Total entrants, upcoming events, active tournaments, and recent results — all at a glance when you log in.

Push notifications, branded emails, and tournament alerts to keep your community engaged.

  1. Send instant alerts to all app users or selected individuals. Announcements, match calls, schedule changes.

Automations

Trigger emails and push notifications automatically based on player milestones. Set it and forget it.

  1. Seven triggers: Player Registers, Account Claimed, First Tournament, Every X Tournaments, First Match, First Win, Championship Win.

  2. Scope by sport, venue, and tournament tier — e.g. only fire for Air Hockey Majors at your flagship venue.

Custom Rankings

Build and publish your own ranking systems. Share publicly or embed on your site.

  1. Create as many rankings as you need — regional tours, sub-sport leaderboards, club ladders. Each list is independent.

  2. Every ranking change is recorded with a match log. Roll back entries when disputes or mistakes come up.

  3. Public share links for social media and embeddable iframe widgets in 4 themes. Rankings stay live as players compete.

  4. Include out-of-org players as guests so travelers and visitors count toward the ranking without inflating your main roster.

Flexible Tournament Formats

Configure formats per tournament — even per bracket within a tournament. Cash, doubles, tiers, split formats.

Where: Tournament Setup → Step 1, or mid-tournament via ⚙️ Settings
  1. Separate Best-of for winners bracket and losers bracket in double/triple elim. Play Bo5 on the winners side, Bo3 on losers.

  2. Track entry fees, added money tiers, and payouts. Player winnings roll into career totals automatically.

  3. Categorize tournaments as Weekly, State, Regional, National, or Major. Filter stats and rankings by tier.

Enhanced Stat Tracking

Deeper analytics for multi-game formats. Game-by-game records, win rates, and filterable analytics.

Where: Player Profile and Stats tab
  1. In Bo3/Bo5/Bo7 formats, track games won and lost independently from set wins — true game-by-game performance.

  2. Every profile surfaces Game Record (GW-GL), Game Win Rate %, and total Games Played alongside tournament W-L.
