Enhanced Stat Tracking

Beyond tournament wins and losses, every match also tracks game-level records - wins and losses inside each Bo3 / Bo5 / Bo7 set. That gives you a much more accurate read on player performance over time.

🎮

A. Game-Level Records

In Bo3 / Bo5 / Bo7 formats, every game within a set is tracked independently. A player can lose a Bo5 set 2-3 but win 7 of 10 games - and the profile reflects that.

📊 Read the Game Record card

  1. Open any player profile (tap a name anywhere in the app).
  2. Find the Game Record card - format is X-Y (e.g., "45-32").
  3. Wins are colored green, losses are red, so the trend is visible at a glance.
  4. This stat is also surfaced on the Stats tab card grid: 🎮 Game Record.
Tip: Game records show true match-quality. Two players with the same 5-3 tournament record can have very different game records - and the better game record is often the more accurate signal.
📈

B. Game Win Rate

A percentage stat calculated as gameWins / (gameWins + gameLosses) * 100. Sits right next to Game Record on every profile.

🔢 Where to find Game Win Rate

  1. Open any player profile.
  2. Look for the Game Win Rate label - value shown as a percentage (e.g., "58%") in light blue.
  3. Compare profiles by sorting Game Win Rate on the leaderboard to spot the most consistent game-by-game performers.
🔍

C. Filterable Analytics

Every stat surface uses the same StatsFilterBar component - Organization, Sport, Tier, plus optional date range pickers. Filters apply to every stat card and history list on the screen.

🎚️ Slice the stats

  1. Open the Stats tab (or any stats-heavy screen - entrants, profile popups, etc.).
  2. Use the Organization dropdown: "All Organizations" or a specific org.
  3. Use the Sport dropdown: "All Sports" or a specific sport.
  4. Use the Tier dropdown: "All Tiers", Weekly, State, Regional, National, or Major.
  5. In compact mode, two date inputs appear: From date and To date.
  6. If any filter is set, the red ✕ Clear button appears. Tap to reset everything.

D. Manual Placement Override

When external tiebreakers decide the final order, the Lock Results screen lets you reorder placements with ▲/▼ arrows before confirming. The manual order saves to every affected player's record.

↕️ Override placements

  1. When the final match ends, the 🏆 TOURNAMENT COMPLETE modal opens.
  2. Tap ✏️ Edit Placements.
  3. Use the ▲ and ▼ arrows next to each row to swap positions.
  4. A yellow warning shows: ⚠️ Manual placement override active - will be used when locking results.
  5. Tap Reset order to revert to auto-calculated, or ✓ Done to exit edit mode.
  6. Tap ✓ Confirm Tournament (Lock Results) to lock the manual order into every player's career stats.
Tip: If you forget to edit before locking, contact a director with elevated permissions to unlock. Editing before locking is the simplest path.
