A. Table-Side Scoring (QR Codes)

Turn on the toggle and every active match gets its own QR code. Refs or players scan with their phone, enter the score, and submit — you approve before it counts.

🔧 Director: enable it

  2. Scroll to 📱 Table-Side Score Entry.
  3. Toggle ON: Allow refs/players to submit scores via QR code.
  4. Tap Done.
  5. A small 📱 icon now appears on every active match card.

📸 At the table

  1. On the bracket, tap the 📱 icon on the match you're about to play.
  2. A full-screen QR opens: "Match #ID — Scan to score".
  3. The ref or one of the players scans the QR with their phone camera.
  4. They enter the final score on the public scoring page and submit.
  5. Back on your dashboard, the match shows a yellow ⏳ PENDING badge. Tap to review, then tap Approve to lock the score in.

What players see

Tip: Print the QR codes if you don't want players touching the director's iPad. The QR modal is screenshot-friendly — capture once at the start, post the QRs at the tables.
